C&P Kyriacou Ltd is a family property company. We buy, develop and look after commercial and residential property, especially shops with flats above. If you have a property to sell, or an investment or development opportunity, we'd like to hear about it.
What we do
Development
Refurbishment, conversion and flats above shops, carried out with care for the building and its neighbours. We're happy to take on buildings that need work.
Long-term ownership
We hold what we buy and build, and look after our buildings and tenants for the long term.
A family business since 1971
Christos Kyriacou and his son Peter founded the company in 1971 as a sewing supplies business serving London's fashion trade. As the trade changed, the family developed its central London buildings, creating flats above the shops. Today the company is run by Chris Kyriacou, the third generation.
Our buildings include properties in central London, among them Fitzrovia. We don't publish their addresses, to protect the privacy of our tenants. We're now particularly interested in opportunities in Dorset and the South West.
